Philippe Berthon

Philippe serves as Operating Partner at DNA Finance and is currently CEO of Blue Bees Therapeutics, a biotechnology company specializing in immuno-oncology.

He has held several senior positions as CEO in the biotech and medtech sectors, notably at Culture Top, sold to Eurofins in 2021, Tridek One, Aurgalys, sold to Genesta / In Extenso in 2018, Vaxon-Biotech and UroGene, sold to Pierre Fabre in 2004.

He co-founded and directed the urology research department at Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris until 1999. In this capacity, he has extensive experience in strategic planning, financing, operations, business development and R&D, with over 50 international scientific publications.

Philippe holds a doctorate in reproductive physiology from Pierre-et-Marie-Curie University / Sorbonne, as well as a degree in business administration from HEC.
