  • Stéphane joined Gimar & Co in 2020

  • In 2012, Stéphane founded and was Head of the Investment Banking team at AEC Partners / AEC Fintech.

  • Prior to beginning his role at AEC Partners, he acted as Executive Director for Lazard Frères where he was responsible for the middle-market in Paris and Lyon. With his relationship-based approach to business, he has given particular focus to Financial Institutions and Fintech transactions.

  • Stéphane holds an MSc from Arts & Métiers Paris-Tech and an MBA from HEC Paris.
